What did you do for fitness before CrossFit? Did you play any sports growing up? When I was young I always always played soccer. All my life. I was doing all the sports known there but primarily soccer.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? I always like a sport where you have to keep moving and not static in one position. Hard training, endurance, body weight etc. So my first time in US 2 years ago,I started to get more involved in things till I found Crossfit.
What was your first workout and how did it go? How did you feel after? Actually I don’t remember my first workout totally, but I know I did some Clean & Jerks, pull ups and running, after that training I was feeling all my muscles pumping and tired. But in 10 minutes I was ready to go for another hour! When I finished I was happy, not because I finished the workout, but because I finally found something that allowed me to push myself.
Favorite CF Movements: My favorite movements I guess are all those body weight movements first and then you can build up with extra weight: pull ups, push ups, wall balls and clean & jerks.
