What did you do for fitness before CrossFit? Did you play any sports growing up? I have played tennis since I was 4. I love playing any type of hockey. I took up kickboxing a few years ago.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Cassie & Kirk Kreifles! I signed up for bootcamp and have been in love with CrossFit since then.
What was your first workout and how did it go? How did you feel after? I came to a community WOD with Cassie. I really don’t remember the movements but I do remember gasping for air afterwards.
Favorite CF Movements: Rowing, dead lifts, prowler push, thrusters
Least Favorite Movements: push ups, pull ups, attempting double unders
Favorite Cheat Meal: crab rangoon followed by sangria & chocolate
