Athlete Spotlight: Sarah S.

 What did you do for fitness before CrossFit? Did you play any sports growing up? I played sports my entire life. I played lacrosse in middle school and high school and one year in college.

What did you do for fitness before CrossFit? Did you play any sports growing up? Track/Running, weight lifting, cheerleading (yeap I consider it a sport,) dance.

How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? A friend, told me about a family member doing it. I had never heard of it and decided to look into it when I moved to Naples. I couldn’t be more happy I did!

Favorite CF Movements: Rope climb/leg free, handstands/parallette handstands.

How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Swimming and Sailing.
