Flexion Gapping

Do you struggle in any or all aspects of your squat? Flexibility, Power, and Strength are lacking possibly because your knees are bound up by tight surrounding tissues. By using a flexion gapping technique, you can purchase increased mobility, improve your technique, and reduce knee pain!  This video shows you how to do it.  Instead of a knee sleeve, you can use a rolled up towel or a pillow or any other soft compressible object.  Feel free to do this while watching tv or reading a book!  2 sets of 1 minute on each knee will probably be enough to see results.
