Getting Started


Intro Session: This session is a complimentary 1-on-1 evaluation. It’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. We will then discuss membership options at the conclusion of your fitness evaluation. The entire introductory session is approximately 60 minutes long. Please wear workout clothes and bring a bottle of water!

Membership Options: After successfully completing the FREE introductory course, you have several membership options available to you. These are based on your current level of fitness and where you would feel comfortable starting. Options include: CrossFit, Boot Camp, Masters, Open Gym, and Personal Training.

Then What?! Your journey begins! Our group classes are led by highly qualified coaches. Consistent participation from you will guarantee continued, drastic improvement in all areas of fitness, health and life!
