CLASS SCHEDULE: 1 Hour Class
10 minutes– General Warm up
15 minutes-Skill, Technique, and Strength Work
5 minutes-Brief overview of workout and standards
15-20 minutes-CrossFit workout
10-15 minutes-Recovery and Stretch
- Every class is coached by a certified CrossFit instructor.
- Each class is one-hour long from start-to-finish.
- Bring a Water bottle. You’ll need it.
- No mirrors. We are a training facility, not a “health club”.
- Barbells dropping, music, and personal accountability.
- A supportive environment with various fitness levels.
