CLASS SCHEDULE: 1 Hour Class

10 minutes– General Warm up

15 minutes-Skill, Technique, and Strength Work

5 minutes-Brief overview of  workout and standards

15-20 minutes-CrossFit workout

10-15 minutes-Recovery and Stretch

 

Anything Else?

  • Every class is coached by a certified CrossFit instructor.
  • Each class is one-hour long from start-to-finish.
  • Bring a Water bottle. You’ll need it.
  • No mirrors. We are a training facility, not a “health club”.
  • Barbells dropping, music, and personal accountability.
  • A supportive environment with various fitness levels.
  • RESULTS!
