Spirit of SEALFIT Award

Spirit of SEALFIT Award

On the last day of SEALFIT we wanted to recognize one individual who embodied the spirit and values encompassed and taught in SEALFIT.

That award went to Brooke Hjortass. I consider her the “silent warrior” in our gym. Most of the time you don’t even know she is around until she comes from behind  and beats you in a workout. She comes in every session ready to challenge herself. She is coachable, disciplined, and leads by example. She is a sweetheart but is intensely competitive at the same time.

We are so proud of how far she has come. To think she came out of Boot Camp is a success story in itself!

On a side note her boyfriend now calls her his “navy seal”. Love it!
