Happy New Year

Beth and Jen showing each other some love!

“Tomorrow, is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Write a good one.”
― Brad Paisley

The New Year is upon us! For some that brings excitement, for others it scares us and only reminds us that we’re getting older.

Take a second the next couple of days and jot down the answer to this one simple question. “What would you like to be different one year from today?”

Chew on it a little bit. Take a hard look at your past year, and evaluate what worked, what didn’t work. Did you accomplish any of your goals? Did you even set any goals? What obstacles did you face and how did you overcome them?

Here’s a fun questionnaire that you can copy & paste. It really makes you think.

Reflection Questions for 2012

2. What was the single most challenging thing that happened?
3. What was an unexpected joy this past year?

5. Pick three words to describe 2012.
6. Pick three words your spouse/closet friend would use to describe your 2012 (don’t ask them; guess based on how you think they see you).
