Every minute complete Burpees- 2 (beginner) or 3 (advanced)
Time Cap 20minutes

What makes the Clean & Jerk so difficult is that after a successful clean you don’t have the option to rack the bar and set properly for a heavy jerk. Todays skill work is intended to teach you how to reset your hands and feet for a successful lift.

Leave the bread for the birds…the biggest argumentfor the Paleo Diet is that grains from bread, pasta, corn, rice, etc lead to the obesity rates that we exist in America. Stay away from them at all cost. Your weight will drop dramatically just by eliminating grains.
