Paleo Challenge Blog (Day 9)

The fear of embarassment is enough to push us to our limit. Partner workouts provide a fun and challengenging way to compete. Compare it to sports that require teamwork as the basis for success. The joy and camaraderie that comes from it is unparallelled.

Our partner workouts are no different. Repetitions are shared and so is the pride of hard work. Partner workouts get us to focus on the other partner. Shouts of encouragement and reminders of good technique are the norm. Your partner does the counting all you have to worry about is competing.

Congrats to Hana Sladick for placing first overall in the FHSAA Olympic lifting tournament last Friday. Hana has been working with CrossFit Naples the last two months focusing on improving her strength and Olympic Weightlifting technique. Hard work always pays off. Hana also signed with the Unversity of Florida to throw shot put and discus (read article here). Congrats again!

A. Death By Pullup

With a continuously running clock do one pull-ups the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute…… continuing as long as you are able.

B. 3×15 GHD situp

C. 3×16 DB Lunge
