A) 15 Minute Dynamic Warmup

B) For Time:

  • 300m Run
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 10 Wallballs

 Rest 1 Minute

Repeat for 5 sets (20 Min Cap)

Score = Time (Rx or Scaled Include Rest)
