A) 15 Minute Dynamic Warmup
B) For Time:
- 300m Run
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 10 Wallballs
Rest 1 Minute
Repeat for 5 sets (20 Min Cap)
Score = Time (Rx or Scaled Include Rest)
A) Deadlift- Build up to heavy set of 3
B) Tabata Double Unders
C) Row Intervals – Power 10 Followed by 10 Rest Strokes
3 Sets. Rest 3 Minutes. REPEAT
