This group program is specifically designed with older athletes in mind.
The Master’s program currently has athletes ranging from 55 to 80 years old (that’s not a limitation, we’re still recruiting some 80+ yr olds), former collegiate and professional athletes, and people who never played sports in their lives. The common bond is, at this stage in their lives, they want to be the healthiest and strongest they can be.
The Masters class currently meets twice a week on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:30 am.
The Master’s Program is a strength and conditioning program designed to restore and improve mobility first and applies scalable workouts to help improve fitness.

Our approach to Masters Programming is Movement and Mobility first, Strength second, Conditioning third.
