About Coach

I truly love seeing others improve themselves physically. I believe a strong body and mind are closely linked. My goal each time I work with someone is to bring out their best effort and enable them to become healthier versions of themself. I really love seeing someone do something they previously thought they could not. Whether it is lifting weights or setting a new record in a workout, for me it is a great joy to contribute to that. I have been a Coach for 13 years now. Growing up in Australia playing a variety of sports and getting so much joy from that, I gravitated towards fitness professionally. My journey in this profession took me to Zurich, Switzerland where I owned a fitness centre and worked with some of the best Swiss CrossFit athletes. I am beyond excited to bring my experience into Naples and continue to motivate others to achieve their goals.

Turning Point

I was an amateur boxer at the time I tried my first CrossFit workout 'Fight Gone bad' in 2009. At the time I presumed I was in the best shape of my life until FGB knocked me on my backside. From there I was determined to become a more balanced athlete in all 10 of the general physical skills of cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. I was hooked on CrossFit and began training all of my friends and clients at the time in this way. I have seen the fastest and most effective results in training people with this methodology and have not looked back since.
