FREE CrossFit Introduction

CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)

CrossFit WODs are our standard workouts, changing daily to ensure you achieve a fitness that is well-rounded and non-specialized.

Boot Camp

Barbell Club

The goal of the Barbell Club is to provide a class dedicated to improving Olympic Weightlifing, and Powerlifting skill and technique. It is included as part of the Unlimited CrossFit Naples membership.

In addition to improving proficiency, members of the Barbell Club also compete in local weightlifiting meets. Read more

Open Gym for CFN Members

For advanced athletes, or those looking to sneak in more CrossFit session we offer open gym to any CrossFit Naples members who are seeking supplement their regular WODs.

Open Gym is the perfect time to work on your form and technique, pursue your own WOD, or perform a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week. Open gym is from 11-2 Mon-Friday, and 10-11 on Saturday. View schedule

This is not simply a scaled down version of the adult CrossFit classes but it is a class to develop and enhance the physical abilities of our children.
